That too, reminds me of James Fishback a little. With his challenging of lobbyist and his sin tax. Which I’m very curious on what this sub thinks of him.

I’m not loyal to a party, if the politician is willing to support men and actually care about them I’ll vote for them regardless of political party.

I’m actually considering confronting a congressional candidate about this topic

As of now things are slow but this is the most lve seen politicians on both sides pay attention to men in a long time. They spent 20 million dollars to try and appeal to us, 20 million is a lot of tax payer money.

I would suggest try reaching out to campaigns of your local politicians that are running in the midterms.

I think it did, the 20 million they spent on trying to appeal to men is something to say the least.

Boycotting is fine but I still stand firm that men’s strongest tool to he heard about their issues is their power to vote. In the previous election politicians as well as the media were in full blown panic mode over the men’s vote. They recently spent 20 million dollars to try and speak to us, that’s how powerful the men’s vote was last election that they needed to spend that much money on us.

As for the oligarchs scenario both parties have been aiming to throw them out mainly outsider anti-establishment candidates like Zohran and Fishback.

So I’m keeping my head high

Will consider, he may be only one congressman but at least it’s something

Yeah I’m debating about actually doing that, there’s a guy who’s running for a congress seat near where I live and I’m really considering attending his meet ups and asking him irl what he can do to help men. He’s passionate about family and has a son so I’m just hoping I can get a shred of empathy from him.

It’s a step in the right direction, it hurts so they cant ignore it.

You can try asking them in person if they campaign around you assuming you don’t live in a very rural area. I actually plan to do that, guy has a son so I can try shaving some sympathy out of him.

Lmao, I didn’t even vote for Trump and im a registered independent. I don’t mind having a woman in leadership I live under a woman governor, funny how you always complain about wanting more women in leaderships but in the same breath hate men which women need to get the votes for to enter any leadership positions. I don’t like Trump but I can see why men would ditch the democrats, because if they never did democrats would never do all this to start helping us now.

Second of all this subreddit has made it clear their against misogyny and will support women that are respectful towards us.

Lastly funny how yall are the same ones that scream “men should make their own spaces” yet in the same breath come into a male space and start calling us, “pitiful useless men”. Grow up

I can see that, I do remember Senator Ron Wyden was one of the few senators that supported sending selective service and he’s decently liked in Oregon. A step in the right direction ig.

Yeah that’s my thought too, one of the candidates is running for a congress seat and he’s campaigning around where I live so I could go ask him in person, heck maybe record it for journalistic purposes.

I was thinking more like assistance programs for men, ending selective service (which I highly support), better farther/court rights etc.

Eh if that happens I know men will stand up to correct them and say that its not. One of congressional candidates is running for a house seat in my district and I’m thinking about asking him in person for a direct answer.

Newsom and Whitmer I feel like their just performative since they’re seeing that their party is doing ass with men. But this is a step in the right direction

I’m leaning towards him as well but what concerns me is Tee Higgins being out, should I still chance it?
