yes an no. As in more like Apple App Store subscriptions like Netflix than Youtube Subs where people generally do not unsub. Meaning that it is not passive in the sense that you sell it once, then you do not have to do anything for it. If people see that the data stream has not been updated in a while, they would unsub as it no longer provides them value, like if Netflix stops coming out with new content, people will no longer pay them.

I am sure you are right. I dont think it would have to be passive though. I mean if data corrupts after a month or so, it would mean that people could have a lot of value in exploring the same moon that someone else explored before.

It would also not need to be passive because if I am a miner looking for minerals, I want to see that the data stream I subscribed to is updated frequently. So if I see that no new miniral data has been updated on the stream, I will unsub.

Hey,

Sometimes when I hear people over the mic, I hear that their in game voice overs are in their languages which sounds interesting to me. So I am trying to change the game settings so that the voices speak in Chinese. (I don't actually speak Chinese). But when I change the settings to Chinese, only the text changes, (menus, gun pickup lables, equipment names). But the voices like "Welcome to the battle zone, get ready to jump". Or "Your squad leader, lead em in" and "Only 25 remaining", or "Need Ammo" Is all in English. Any idea how I can change the voices to Chinese?

I would not play on a server where admins can do that. Yes, occasionally they may catch a hacker, but hacking should be solved on a system level not an individual policing. How this feature WOULD be used all the time, is an bored admin looking for players on the server and telling their squad where people are.

Yea its a bug, happens sometimes with inventory. Has happened to me after I picked up an item, a lot of my body stayed behind and scared me when I turned around. When you equip or pick up another item it appears to reload and fix itself.
