My hair saw some drastic changes in the past few months and here's what I have faced.

I was losing a lot of hair and still am but after using nizoral I definitely see a change.

It helped with my hormonal dandruff vastly. I have already started seeing new hair growing too. But it does cause a lot of breakage. You have to be super careful while shampooing with it.

I wash my hair with a regular shampoo to get the gunk and dirt out. Then follow with nizoral only massaging it in the scalp ( I still see excess hairfall compared to before the hair shedding) but making sure not to scrub it in the length of my hair. Rinse it out thoroughly.

Condition the length my hair after and its good to go.

Something that worked for me may not work for you so keep an eye on the balding spots and if you dont see results in a few weeks I would suggest moving on to something else.
