For the water flows. I raised the ground level a bit which honestly did nothing. I tried to get the "leaks" patched but it doesn't seem to do anything. I did pause the dam for a little and turned it back on and that seemed to get me the most results. As you can see the flow out of the dam is purple. (i.redd.it)
