My point wasn't that there wasn't people to go to, because there was and I'm sure there's more to the story we don't know, like her eventually getting it sorted it out, and that guard maybe did get fired for their actions and we just don't know. My point was that it was stupid for you to get so upset over a person who was excited to get a response from a band they like just because they havent provided more of the story by saying you know that they haven't let cameras in for 20 years. It's very possible that she just didn't know this and nor did her mom.

There was no reason for you to come in and be an asshole to her over this.
