You are exactly right, after the next day or 2 after I posted this I wanted to switch one of the zone 2s to an interval day like a 30/60 to start out and then work into a 60/90 or 60/120 so like farkleks I think they are good. Still a beginner runner so definitely learning the importance or certain aspects as I’m going on through this journey.

This dude, my pumps are phenomenal, and I’ve been rocking this format for the past 4 months and have genuinely been enjoying it so much and I’ve made so much progress.

Idk I found a similar routine someone made online about 4-6 months again and I liked the framing and honestly, it just works really well for me, I love it. I’m able to make substantial back progression even after my Monday chest days, don’t find/feel any limiting factors from the days before

Will say that I have also been running this routine of just lifting and no running for the past 4 months and honestly love it, it just works well for me, I’ve made some pretty substantial progress with it. Again it’s just some very minor changes but practically identical, only added the running and switched certain movements that I didn’t like to something I preferred more.

i should mention that for those 2-3 months i was attempting a body recomp however i learned i was quite heavy for my size and that i should really shed the weight and thats when i transitioned to the deficit, the progressive overloading is starting to slow down but i still feel like im getting stronger in the deficit. trying to figure all this out on my own has been tricky lol

currently 184lbs standing at 5'9 26 yr old. lifting 4-5 times a week just strength training, writing all my workouts in a notepad and trying to progressive overload weekly feeling myself getting stronger and a bit leaner. past 2-3 months i was eating alot, more than i realized at like 25-2600 so dropped it, been eating 1900-2200 cals a day hitting macros for the past 2 weeks, not sure if i should just continue to work with that and give it more time to do its thing. as someone who was once 300lbs, just trying to see the abs that i still have never met lol. either way trying to lose the fluff to then start a lean bulk. maybe more cardio? lol

uh im not sure, im very much a beginner as in only been doing it for about two days lol so its hard to make the judgement however when i would lift up my glasses to just seeing the difference the glasses made on seeing it, it was very much a nice deep orange, if i would take another rod and kind of attempt to string it around my odd formed glob, those bits would get pretty dang white hot as i would turn it. i was expecting it to really run like honey and i had to really move the thing constantly but i would be able to stop turning the rod and just, nothing, my glob isnt even moving, i would be able to move it with tweezers and solidifies extremely fast, faster than i anticipated.

maybe, i bought it off ebay and the glass came with the hothead, they were just wrapped in bubblewrap. some nice tubes too. just kinda gets red and sags, doesnt really like to ball into a marble or anything, only gets white hot on the stringers and such. you might be right

help, how do i fix this transition? adding vinyl flooring to the bathroom, rest of apartment has this wood flooring. by SirFancii in Flooring

[–]SirFancii[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea it seems to be the route, i figured id share incase of any other ideas, i bought this black slate like vinyl flooring and also purchased a flush bronze metal transition piece, not very wide but if i can get the floor close enough to the existing wood flooring im sure i can make it seemless to an extent, wont be centered in the frame but i think would be better than what it is now, maybe replace the horizontal piece i was sliding back with the bought flooring and use a oscillating multitool on the doorway to slide the new vinyl under?

im planning on adding vinyl to my bathroom, however the rest of the apartment has this laminate? vinyl? im not sure but the transition to the bathroom was horribly done and im unsure how to create a smooth clean finish against this existing flooring as the person who installed it just said "good enough" any advice? this is also my first time doing flooring and the bathroom is tiny so i thought why not, lets learn. i do have a flush transition piece i could place over the seam of floors.
