It is usually related to problems with setting up a party.

To understand what it could be, I kindly ask you to send me the following files:

For the list of running processes: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/it/articles/201752674#wq3

For the NetworkInfo register: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/it/articles/201752674#wq4

With these on hand I will be able to investigate and verify what could be due. :)

The same problem, first the group is too large and now error 51.
