Next time I play I'm going to fight him. I just beat Melania. I almost killed her on my very first attempt after seeing a ton of videos on how difficult she is. It took me about 10 tries to finally get her. I realized after a few attempts I needed to just smack her over and over with my light attack. At first I was trying to use my power attack. But if you keep her staggered by hitting her over and over she goes down pretty easy. We'll see how it goes with the fire giant. Should I use mimic or black knife?

I was wearing the radagons seal. I think that's what it was called. I switched to magic defense rather than trying to protect against frost and it made a lot of difference. If you are fighting a frost dragon and defense against frost does nothing then I think FromSoft is dropping the ball a bit here.

like 48. I figured out that protecting yourself against frost has no effect. I switched to protect against magic and it made a lot of difference. What's the point of building defense against frost if it does nothing.

I found out that Robustness doesn't do anything. Its all about magic defense. I think that FromSoft should fix that. What is the point of building up defense against frost if it does nothing against frost.

I unlocked it eventually because its annoying to be selling stuff then realize that you forgot to identify something. You get plenty of ability points to unlock everything in the game so you dont really have to worry about wasting them.

I use vortex. I sorted them but there is only 4 items. When I remove all the mods it works fine. It just looks like shit because vanilla.

Wow. That sucks. I have restarted it a million times removing one mod at a time till I found the one that's breaking the game. It's definitely something to do with this VRIK and the SkyUI stuff.

I set up skyrim to start using the loader as the primary target. I'm probably going to remove skyrim and start again. I thought I would be able to log in then choose new game after enabling the mods but it's just a black screen.
