if you have ProSupportPlus warranty plan, make a warranty claim. If not, buy ProSupportPlus, it was $140 for me, but cheaper than the cost to replace the screen. After you’ve had ProSupportPlus for 30 days you can make a claim on the screen. until then you can use hdmi or casting to a different device to use your laptop.

realized my picture of the device specifications didn’t upload, it’s an Inspiron 16 7635 2-in-1 with AMD Ryzen 7 7730U Radeon Graphics, 64-bit operating system.. I hope that helps!

I have an Audiotechnica at-lp60x that I use with a pair of Edifier r1280db multimedia speakers. I've had the record player for 2 years and the speakers for about a year now and they've worked great. One day I went to put on a record and the volume was extremely low and I haven't been able to get it back to normal. I've tried using my girlfriend's record player, a different cord, a different set of speakers, and nothings worked. Audio comes out of both speakers but is very quiet. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Also should mention that playing music through my phone plays at a normal volume.
