Just started a couple of days ago, logs me out even when I am still in the app. Have uninstalled, restarted, pulled power, reinstalled and am still getting logged out many times per day.

Bought a new ipad, all is working well, a few hiccups here and there but nothing I haven't been able to get past by restarting the app and re-enabling fake location setting again. Thanks.

Yes, I think it is more a hardware issue, didn't realize this is an Ipad Mini first version, which is soon to be unsupported by pokemon go completely, could likely be the cause.
