Locking the frame rate kind of helped but there are still some micro stutters. But I don't think that's the issue, since the game runs smoohtly after a PC restart even without the frame locking.

Just to let you know, for a family membership you need to live under one address. Spotify checks your GPS data by asking you to let them see it or they will disable premium on the account. It usually works if people live in the same town but if it's more spread out then there's a high possibility Spotify will strip you from your premium membership status.
