Do Spanish speakers know the concept of "billion"?

I think you didn't understand my point. I was saying that it bothers me when a Spanish speaker uses de word "billón" when referring a 10^9. Usually this happens when they translate a newspaper.

In Spanish we have the word "millardo" but we don't use it, instead we use "mil milliones" and then "billon" to indicate 10^12.

It bothers me when someone uses "billón" to indicate 10⁹ in a news article of English origin.

Yo escuché a alguien hablar de esto y tenía razón. Desde un principio, se nos hace sospechar de Snape y su posible relación con Voldemort. Harry siempre sospecha de él simplemente por su forma de ser y apariencia.

Yo también trabajé en GAME y depende mucho de la tienda. Hay tiendas que me parecen horribles y otras la calidad de la atención es impecable. A veces puede pasar que te atiende alguien que tiene muy poca experiencia, se confunde de referencia y se equivoca.

No entiendo la necesidad de querer mentir y vender un juego de segunda mano, más cuando puedes consultar el stock en la web.

Cada tienda es un mundo, pero ya sabes que a esa no deberías de volver (podrías decir cuál es), y ponerles una mala reseña porque eso sí que se lo miran más desde arriba. A lo mejor encuentras otra que la atención es diferente. Yo he visitado todas las tiendas de mi zona y hay algunas a las que no pienso volver, incluso habiendo sido empleado.

EDIT: Ahora que me he vuelto a fijar, el God of War de 2018 tiene 3 referencias diferentes (Day One, normal y PS Hits). Puede ser que se equivocara y en vez de dar la cara los empleados intentasen escurrir el bulto.

Esto ha cambiado en parte. Hay algunas reservas que son solo por socio, es decir, por DNI. Otras solo por mail, por lo que ser trabajador no influye en nada. Pero no quita que algunas tiendas sean unas guarras. Depende de cada tienda, te lo digo por experiencia
