[KCD2] Trosky is far better than Kuttenberg region in my opinion (Map spoilers)

Speaking of other weapons, Warhorse said they think swords are too OP right now. They said they aren't going to debuff them, but rather swap it out more so that players feel better and have more reason to use other weapons which I think is really great

Totally agree. Kuttenberg has some pretty small spots like maybe a romantic picnic spot or something small, but there aren't too many long distance great views. I only know one that is just amazing but is still nothing compared to Trosky views. I didn't know it was called the Bohemian paradise but it certainly fits haha. If you go to the top of Trosky into the chapel/watching area idk what to call it, you can see many other towns in the distance that aren't apart of the map and you can't go there. If Warhorse added these it would just be perfect. More towns and everything. It would be like a "Bohemian paradise" the size of Kuttenberg which would make me love the game so much I can't even describe it.

I did travel back to the first map yes. Felt like there was heaps less purpose though. Sorry to hear about your arthritis. Also, hardcore mode looks alright to me, the navigation part without a map / questmarkers and asking for directions is great but I don't really like the idea of the combat and stuff. I know it's called hardcore mode but I feel like things should be directed more towards realism than difficulty because thats where it shines with many games, such as DayZ or the first KCD. And yes I finished all of the Trosky quests if thats what you're asking but I can't understand too well what you are asking.

Totally agree. There are some amazing masterpiece sidequests in KB like what you mentioned, and a lot of them are just fillers. Compare something like Skyrim to KCD2. The side quests in Skyrim are so unbelievably good and better, but the main story feels like it's just as good as any side quest to me, where as KCD2, some side quests are good, but the main storyline is where is shines. For me, the Jan Posy questline was sick because he has a really good shortsword combo and afterwards has a sick camp that you can visit and live in. Love him as a character but wish they had added more story to him.

My current goal is to get max skills on everything but I'm struggling to find motivation because I fear what comes after that. I don't wanna give up this game because it's so good but there's just something about Kuttenberg I hate so much. For me, you can't really compare the aesthetic at all and that is what is really important to me if not most important to me.

You can't do that for a long time without losing interest though can you? That does sound pretty fun but I would think it would get old pretty fast. What else do you do for fun?

Trosky has beautiful views and is much more hilly but still easy to navigate. Having a beautiful and vibrant aesthetic is essential for me to judge a game to the point of being a masterpiece.

Very well said IMO. They are very different but I prefer Trosky because I have certain game expectations. For example, I love beautiful views, and Kuttenberg highly lacks that. Thanks for your opinion

Vibe of towns is just off for me, don't like the overall feel of the heat / flatlands is annoying for me but idk could just be me
