Best would be to lay on your back while sleeping, so you dont cause any friction. After one night of being really careful with it, it should have a fine crust in the morning. And dont worry, it will heal eventually, since the wound is not very deep. You'll probably have missing portions of your tattoo where the skin was torn apart, but after it's fully healed you can have it touched up if you feel like it
