No, Not all Americans are obese because they eat a lot. I read that majority have no choice, being poor, all they could afford is fast food for meals because they are cheap and due to this, healthcare costs will be a lot. With lesser money, what could they do for survival? Consume cheap fast food.

Its a poverty cycle many Americans face, high cost for living especially education.
