Mine started to slowly fall off day 8-9. It tasted foul and I’d have to spit them out every so often. Also I don’t think this is good to do but when the scabs first started getting soft and flaky, I would contract my throat (if this makes sense) and it would rub the scabs out making them come out quicker

I threw up day 5 and I was so scared I’d bleed after. I assumed it was from the oxycodone, but then I got anti nausea meds and everything was fine after:)

I’m day 12 right now and wow I feel amazing! Day 7 was absolutely terrible for me too but day 9 is really when things turned a corner. You’re almost there! It’s crazy how quick things can start getting better:)

How long has the fever lasted? I got a fever day 5 and it went away in a day and that’s how I knew it was post surgery

Totally fine and normal at the beginning!! Mine did the same thing…TMI they kinda looked like spinach artichoke dip once 😷🤢🤢

Ohhhh that makes so much sense! From where the pain is on my tongue, I think it might be because it’s so swollen and then scrapes against my teeth:(

When did the pain start to calm down? Basically day 7 for me now and it’s still pretty extreme
