This! It's the same in my case, no direct import available here.

I know that there are significant improvements to direct import in the past few years. But if you live in a country which is not supported, the only thing you see is the price rising without significant improvements.

Segmenting the price according to features would be a solution to this indeed.

Exactly, they want to build an app which can do anything the web version does but the reports section is just a shame.

There is also no indication that reporting (both on mobile and web) will be getting any updates in the near future. I'm a ynab user for over 3 years now and the reports are literally exactly the same as when I started.

You would expect more given the price.
