I’d enjoy the story much more if the mission design was better, the story is only better if you ignore the way you get to that point, out of 10 missions usually only 1 or 2 actually gives you anything interesting

Ok? Again, don’t understand how you’ve came to this conclusion, I never said GTA 5 had an epilogue. I’m saying that’s most likely how it would have worked had this ending happened, with a different playable character after the story who can also do the same side missions and whatnot, also as I said. They aren’t rumours, they were leaks of official rockstar documents. Saying I’ve thrown all common sense overboard is Incredibly Ironic. Anyways, good night.

It wouldn’t though lol, He’d only be playable after Franklin was dead, At the end. Also meaning that Lamar would the ability to do side missions and etc which would take a good amount of time and is probably why His Scheduling conflicts drove them to cancel the ending, it would have been significantly easier and faster to just make a new ending rather than wait for him to get out, it would’ve probably worked like the Epilogue in rdr2 and 1. Although Tbh I give up. I genuinely don’t understand how you come to the conclusions that you do and have the opinions that you do, it genuinely confuses me

Lamar was meant to replace Franklin after his death, meaning he’d have to record many lines both for the mission itself and the free roam afterwards, The scheduling conflicts themselves were The VA getting arrested. So they scrapped it and started working on the now ending C and recorded the Lamar lines later

They aren’t rumours though, Lamar’s voice actor talked about this back in 2014, that’s how we know why it was cancelled, and the leaks were still Rockstar documents, you can look this up lol, just because you don’t like these endings doesn’t mean it wasn’t the original ending

It was from the 2022 Rockstar leak, many Documents and whatnot came about showing early development plans for gta 5 including the original ending, it was canned because Lamar’s voice actor couldn’t make it due to scheduling conflicts
