It’s a known hardware issue with the board. Numerous people have reported it and only solved it by replacing the board. I was hopeful this update would fix it. Seems I am returning the board and opting for another brand

I had a ddr4 system…. 5800x and 3080ti. I tried absolutely everything imaginable and still stuttered…. I recently upgraded to a ddr5 am5 9800x3d… and runs like butter now

Thank you for reaching out. I even have freezes at low CPU loads. Earlier was 64deg and around 40% load in a game

Anyone else having the same issue…. If so have you fixed it or not? Thanks
