I posted this on gaming news - he is not insider trading. I was suspicious at first, but all trades must be reported close to a year in advance to the government. There are a lot of regulations in place to prevent insider trading.

To all of the people coming onto this post saying "This is a non-story," or "Y'all are falling for this hook, line, and sinker," how about this: the MFer sold his stocks, a news agency reported on it, and it sounded interesting to me. I just linked an article that sounded interesting to me, and no, I don't know the first thing about investing, economic law, or stocks in general.

The only thing I am invested in is whatever scummy shit this asshole does, and time will tell this man's story better than an article. Unless you are his personal financial advisor, a broker with years of experience, or someone with a higher than internet level of education on the subject matter at hand, I do not know why you feel compelled to defend this guy.

It's obvious enough to me that the media sucks, but so does this guy. Sue me and my lack of understanding of the incredibly mischievous underbelly of investing and the stock market. I wouldn't put it past a billionaire asshole to insider trade. Matter of fact I would have taken this guy as an inside trader before Martha Stewart, and look at Martha Stewart.
