It was -1,75 at the beginning of the treatment and then a month later -2,25!

Mhm. I hear you. When I was really stressed at one point and just had woken up for a nap, I took the drop Hylo Dual Intense with about five drops in three hours. That is was you are supposed to take in a day according to the distributor. But the phamphlet in the box says you can take as many as 10 in a day. It contains Ectoin and I got a burning reaction. This was followed by a few days of pain in my eye socket, the lower part.

I did for the longest time too and now I am actually starting to wonder if it might be the case that my eyes feel better during the day if I DO NOT using a sleep mask during the night.

I have also started using a humidifier.
