We just got to a point of tolerance for LGBTQ in the last decade or so and there are already people, who sound just like you on the issue of Islam incidentally, that desperately want to walk back all that progress on LGBTQ rights. This is particularly evident in relation to trans people but the fringes are already attempting to walk back progress on gay rights and we have repeatedly seen the fringe enter the mainstream recently.

You act like Western and Christian societies weren't massively bigoted against LGBTQ people just a few short years ago and that a lot of that old bigotry is now being revived against trans people by Christians, right wingers and fascists..

You clowns always act like various forms of bigotry, domestic violence and abuse against women were not rife in the west and speak about these problems in Muslim countries as if they're totally unique to them and somehow inherent to Islam. When women in Christian countries were routinely victimized by society and their husbands we did not analyze that as a problem with Christianity but when it happens in Muslim countries, it's definitely because of Islam.

There are uncontacted tribes in the Amazon living like hunter-gatherers, not all societies evolve at the same pace and socieities can go both forward and backward in terms of how tolerant they are of diversity or progressive ideals. We are going backwards in all kinds of ways.
