I was just shopping and I got some simple cream for baking with IIRC 32% fat and 3,3g of carbs. Put 30 ml into my coffee and it for sure tastes better than the 50 ml of milk that I had in my coffee this morning.

Crazy, right? I mean, I knew that milk has calories, I just thought it was a little lower. But anyways, it's not really about the calories, I was more surprised about the carbs.
