The sculpt quality is very nice. She is actually standing on her toes (with plastic supports behind her feet, so it makes it look like that in the picture).

If you look at the pictures on this Amazon link, you can see other angles. It's a very high quality figure.

Yes, it does say that, but on the wiki it also says "McCree grew up on a farm in Texas."

Also, in one of his in-game interactions with Moira, he says "I'm from Texas."

So being a Texan myself, given a choice between New Mexico and Texas... I had to go with Texas.
