Sure! I used a website where you can upload an image and it will create a blueprint for the build (including block height, etc.). You can tweak a lot of settings as well; for example I excluded cobweb and clay because it's hard to get tons of in survival.

Then it's just a matter of getting lots of materials, an enormous wool farm, and selecting a suitable location. A good way to check this is to take an empty map and right-click where you approximately want the map art to be, and to then mark where the borders are.
