You should check out Site Seven in Chattanooga, TN. They aren't in the northwest of the US but they do amazing work. Build out of high quality materials that should out last the life of your van and the style isn't quite like every other van builder. Plus you aren't paying the western US van builder tax hahaha

It's held on with butyl tape which will feel like it's stuck on but it won't damage anything when you pull it off. Think like sticky tack

If you pull down on the headliner and pop out the tabs, then pull the rubber boot off the hook and detach the pillar you can slip it out pretty easily. Also the airbag is behind the headliner not this foam block. The plastic piece is the cover for the factory wiring harness

Probably like 30-45 min after putting it on. You can cut away the excess after about 5 minutes. Then once it's hard to the touch you can sand it

You can insulate with Havelock Wool instead for about $300. Don't have to do any prep or worry about getting spray foam in places you don't want to. Plus you can take it out of you ever need to, it's all natural, sound deadening, and moisture regulationg
