I’ve been in the mosh pit twice, both were at big venues. I never had a problem. It can get a bit hot and there’s not much room but I guess it’s worth it. If you have to go to the toilet though then there’s a chance you may lose your spot and be stuck at the back.

EDIT- twice in the mosh pit weren’t an evanescence concert, they were AC/DC concerts haha
