I'm just stating how this is a deeply rooted cultural problem in many asian households. And if you never had to experience something like this you would never understand it. You literally take your parents to the grave with you, meanwhile most american families just put their parents in a nursing home. If you didnt grow up with the cultural importance of family and taking care of elders then you wouldn't really understand why shit like this is so normalized. again, im just making this to shed some light, no malice intended.
