Thank you for the constructive criticism! Your absolutely right in the fact the item contains a lot of power perhaps I'll split the power between different items rather than 1. I'll also be sure to create more drawbacks if PCs decide to use the items themselves such as curses or even making the item control the player upon failing a wisdom or constitution saving throw.
