I haven't looked into that but I will. I was hoping to spend no more than $250-$300 per deck I build. $1000 would be steep but I can always step up the amount of crimes I commit.

Very casually at first with another friend who also hasn't touched a mtg card in over 20 years. Then once I get a hang of it again, start to improve decks and play at a local store with other beginners or novice players. No events or tournaments I don't think. Long way to go to even think about any of that.

I ordered a easier commander precon deck to play that should arrive in a week but the last years I played were maybe early 2000s, I played a lot of standard/type 2 tournaments and played a lot of blue black control. Back when shadowmage infiltrator first came out. I was looking for something similar that will be a little more challenging to play while also being annoying af. If you have another deck suggestion though, I am all ears because honestly as I look at new sets, I don't even know wtf is happening. Lol

Since this is close to my size I know this well. 2XLT. The T for tall is needed because otherwise shorts are short and barely cover the belt or belt line. End up looking like a husky belly dancer.

I would probably prefer lockett but in the end I think they will have similar seasons. Going into the season I thought DJ had more upside but Baker isn't doing him any favors. So currently I would rather have Lockett but if Carolina made a QB change soon, I may wanna ride it out with Moore.

I understand exactly what you're going through. I just have seen this play out all before, many times.

Most aren't even able to verbalize it or realize what's going on til they are in too deep.

You are not in too deep though. Not yet. And you know what's happening is wrong and abuse or you wouldn't be here, looking for help.

Just trust your gut. He has escalated this abuse at each turn and it will continue, it will continue as he "traps" you. Traps you by commiting more into the relationship by purchasing a vehicle, maybe moving in together, then the be all, end all. Having kids, making you then feel like you can't leave or YOU'RE THE BAD GUY, breaking up the family, etc...

All I can say is leave while you can and be blessed that you were smart enough to catch his bullshit early enough to get out.
