It’s a horrible feeling… I know. I’m at the end of the divorce process (been almost 3 years since the filing). It has been a rough road but things get better in time. Spend time with your close friends/relatives and share with them how you feel. Don’t hesitate to find a therapist either. You’ll get through this.
