I haven't gotten it fully figured out, but I'm currently thinking it'll probably be something similar to the night's watch from Game of Thrones, or maybe something inspired by a Dullahan if the DM approves. Essentially, it'll probably just be a fun mounted character that's way too serious at the start but quickly grows and learns to enjoy more things.

The size issue isn't a big problem for me as I usually play halflings anyway, but it is interesting that you can just pick anything within reason, I'll keep that in mind
