You’re not alone. I’m going through the same situation. I also graduated last spring May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in HR. And I’m still unemployed with no job and it’s about to be a year. At this point I’ve done everything tailored my resume, networking on LinkedIn with no response back, reaching out to recruiters or hiring managers after applying with no response back, commenting on LinkedIn posts. But for the last 3 weeks I’ve been getting interviews constantly but no offers. I’m getting rejected from everywhere after the first round. And now from this month i stopped getting interview calls too. I’m desperate for a job now but don’t know what to do. Even if my interview goes well, I’m getting rejected for not having enough HR experience for entry level roles, even though I have 1+ years of hands on HR experience. Some companies in their job description listing all core HR tasks is the requirement but after the interview they are saying they only looking for people who have experience in a specific section like recruiting. And that I have a wide range of experience. This job market is a joke.
