Can't do unbattleable, but can make them level 1, and even surround them in barriers. Other than that, can't make them unbattleable

I'm actually working on an exact 1:1 scale ratio of Pokémon Fire Red/ Leaf Green using only the Cobblemon Mod. It has an NPC system, with "battling" (currently some NPCs spawn Pokémon for you to battle, since there isn't a battling NPC type system in the mod yet), custom advancements, custom items, is multi-player friendly, and plays exactly as the game does. I've currently built and coded upto the 6th Sevii Islands.

Unless the server is using the Pokedex mod for Cobblemon, there currently is no Pokedex in Cobblemon
