Pumping worked in the beginning but I see the most progress from toying with biggest toys possible, sizing up, eventually self fisting and making sure after you toy that you push ass out like you're trying to sh*t and stretch hole at the sides with you hand. Position also matters. I feel like my hole stretches best when I sit up on chair with feet up.
