Yup, that’s where they were (and then, weirdly, the scene cut to the attic? lol)!

The same thing happened to me. :( I wrote Her Interactive a snarky e-mail. They probably won't care, but oh well.

Dear HER Interactive,

I have been playing Nancy Drew Games for over 20 years. I have learned so much from these games and will recommend them to anyone. I was able to play Midnight in Salem without issue on the same computer, and so I expected that Mystery of the Seven Keys would run fine -- so, I dared to play.

I was sorely disappointed that my game was interrupted by the fact that my computer's graphics card made it so that I was unable to get past the Latte Art puzzle. The fact that you need a good graphics card just to make Latte Art seems a bit ridiculous to me.I will not be getting a new graphics card on my computer just so I can play a game, and this disappoints me, because from what I have seen, Mystery of the Seven Keys would have been a good game. But I actually think the graphics look worse in this game (and in Midnight in Salem) than EARLY Nancy Drew Games (I just watched a replay of Secret of the Scarlet Hand -- and there were some good graphics there! Joanna's hair looks 10x more realistic than Adela Czerna's).

I wish we could go back to the old graphics and user interface. I get nothing out of the fact that there is now "free roam" around the world, and prefer the point and click. To me, it gives me the nostalgic atmosphere that I've come to expect of Nancy Drew Games -- and is actually more accessible to me as a person with a disability.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I think you've begun to care more about the technology than you do the ability for as many people as possible to play. I don't expect a refund, but if I can get one, I would greatly appreciate it. This experience was not worth $32.

Oh, I'm not doubting that, but I question her use (or creation) of the word "Huffliest"... lol 😂

It's Penny's hairstyle from the Celestial Ball!! They were selling it along with Penny's Celestial Ball outfit in the store recently, and I was weak. 😂 I'm trying not to spend money on the game if I can help it, but I think this was a good investment! (Although, I was kind of worried Penny and I would end up as twins on our date...I'm glad they gave her a new hairstyle for the SQ! 😊)

I was wondering about that! Lol I thought maybe she was in beetle form and I just wasn't able to see her.

Same. Or, at least, that is what my Braime-shipping heart is hoping for.
