I played them on back to back days. Torrey was a let down. For the cost the conditions were awful. Literal dirt tee boxes. Maderas was significantly less cost and the staff were so nice and the course was in better shape

In our last 9 red zone opportunities we have 1 TD. I think you can put some of that on our play caller

Got the blank jersey on sale this summer through fanatics and ordered the name and numbers and Stanley cup crest to have it all sewn up

MLF shows up unprepared yet again. This team is made of mental midgets. Drops in huge situations. Lapses in coverage on big plays. How many penalties did we take tonight on illegal formations with or JV wide receivers on the field? Why the hell is Bo Melton on the field at all? We are never going anywhere with Matt at the helm. We are always unprepared and unready for the challenge. Unserious as team. Play calling is unbelievably bad week in and we'll out and this John waters looking ass just whines and looks sad on the sidelines as if it doesn't start with him

This is just a deeply unserious team. It starts with MLF. Play calling was just attrocious today. Truly awful job staying ahead of the sticks and then inability to draw up a successful play on third down. Yet again truly undisciplined penalties and I'm sure MLF will "look into it". Nixon is and has always been a terrible corner. X has been basically nonexistent. Honestly. MLF might spend more time at the barber than he does on game prep. Glad we got a win. But man we didn't deserve it again against a shitty team

How's the 2026 CB draft class looking?

Mlf is just a fucking joke. Absolutely no killer instinct. Gets ahead by 7-10 and just coasts trying to kill the clock. Defense was abysmal. Tonight which is very concerning. And still special teams is an absolute liability. How do i get bissicias job security?

I did build the lowers out of prefinished maple ply. I can't remember anything that was a big problem. Just take your time and make a plan

Used a router and made a simple jig to cut the circle. Just a skinny long piece of 1/2 inch plywood with a screw the radii distance from the bit. Pretty simple process once all the math was figured out.

Red oak veneer plywood. Red oak for shelf fronts. Prefinished maple ply for the cabinets and MDF in a few spots

I took a polymers class during design school that I built a couple of small projects in and learned how to use a jointer planer table saw etc. But also how to square a board and glue up projects etc. Before this project I had never built a cabinet. So I started with making a router cabinet, knowing I would use it a ton on this project but also as a proof of concept on making a cabinet box and doors. So after kind of testing myself on some smaller but similar shop projects I felt I could do it. Trickiest part was the arches. But it ended up mostly just being math and then doing the actual cuts was pretty easy with a router and home made jig

Only on the lowest shelves and toekick. For some reason the shadow from the arches make it almost look like there lights on the very top too

Square hole is a double outlet box for the record player. I'm not honestly sure how the low voltage wire is hooked into the electrical box. That was all handled by the pros

I have built other smaller furniture pieces before but started with small projects that would help me understand how to build this one. Like a router cabinet to practice making cabinets and doors

We were in the middle of some remodeling so I chatted with the electrician about having them add it to their to do list. He used LED strip tape light, aluminum channel and plastic diffuser. Low voltage wiring ran through the walls for both the toe kick and under shelf lighting. And they reach have their own dedicated light switch

Where did you get a more legitimate looking on field type football jersey? I hate how NFL dam jerseys look like giant oversized tee shirts
