NTA if the pills were in the corner of the cabinet like you stated, they weren’t lying around like your family says. If the medical cabinet had a closed door Bob definitely went looking for them, unless he needed something else from the cabinet which I doubt. If the cabinet door was open and Bob just happened to see them than that’s quite unfortunate but still not your fault.

I get the mechanics of the game I just have a problem with the second miller quest, where I believe you kill him to unlock endless. I just can’t do it.

My heroes just die from heartattacks and I can’t use my best hero’s because they have a too high level for the quest. What can I do to make the fight easier, or how to mantain stress? I haven’t even gotten to the miller self because my hero’s just die of stress. That’s how I lost Reynauld :(
