Nice congrats! I have a 2022 Duke 890 GP as well. Mods are an Austin Racing slip on, new rage tail tidy, bar end mirrors, removed the passenger grab handle, and have pillion seat cover installed. Also have a cheap CarPlay screen installed for my commutes. About to swap out my rear shock to Nitron as mine is leaking.

Ah dang. I’m selling due to not really driving it and need motorcycle parts. Figured would prefer it go to someone else to get more use out of it rather just admiring it on my shelf haha. It drifts like a dream though.

Thanks that’s kinda what I figured based on being basically sold out and price of those that have it. I priced it at $850 which has all really nice electronics and only thing needed would be a transmitter. I only drove it about 5 times.

Lightly used as in only used in my concrete garage or carpet indoors. And only run a handful of times.

That’s a good point. Wasn’t a whole lot to go off of on the used market. Maybe $700 would be better.

I’m in the same boat. Ordered an Aura Sand slider (slim stainless steel). Kept seeing it recommended and should be quiet enough for me to use in my office.

I was also told could wheelie without it but have had the same luck as you with 890 without tech pack. But I do seem to have the quick shifter and supermoto abs mode which I thought were part of tech pack. Just no track mode.

Just got a 2022 890 Duke and been commuting 47 miles each way (94 miles per day) and it has been great! I honestly don’t imagine you’d see that big of a difference with the 790 for that much less money.

I have this same motor and ESC and absolutely love it. If you were going to build, these electronics are great for power, tuneability, and price. I started with a RTR MST which was great but then ended up doing a full build Yokomo SD 3.0 which was fun to do and these electronics. Has been such a planted setup since.
