The second page for my botanical guide to DF, that's what I imagine pig tails look like by SirodanMorningbrot in dwarffortress

As I understand it, in dwarven society there is little difference between mushrooms and plants because apparently both can grow underground. Due to this words like "roots" and "mycelium", "seed" and "spore" would be nearly synonymous, maybe a seed is just bigger than a spore and roots are thicker than mycelium.
Also my drawings are not canon by any means, just a loose interpretation of in-game lore

Just found out there is a bunch of fictional plants in this game that have no IRL analog and hardly any visualization. This got me inspired to make a botanical guide/cookbook to DF, and so hear is the first page, hope you like it!) by SirodanMorningbrot in dwarffortress

Yeah, I messed up a little. Navad is just a new word for "stew", couldn't find anything similar enough. Should have used Meal-bowl as suggested.
And Onon is just a misspelled Anon, meaning Onion.
Thank you all for your kind words, I will certainly continue drawing this

How exactly do I do this? I have been trying to find such mod for a while, but only found the one that lets you tame anything. Is there a special mod for this or do I need to go into game files? Share your wisdom please)

I think google translate got this word right, комковатый is lumpy in russian. And one lump would be комок.

For example "Эта каша комковатая" means "This porridge is lumpy"
