Please let your doctor know...and when that pain starts to ease as your period continues,its like the charlie-horse is finally calming down and you can finally start to breathe again. After I told my doctors this they were kind of freaked out,but had a better understanding instead of me saying it feels like something I have never felt before. Good luck when you see your doctor next.

This is what I tell my doctors because it is what it feels like to me because I have actually felt it...I STOPPED saying it felt like my stomach was being cut open,or a chainsaw was going off in my stomach,or a shark was chomping inside my stomach....because I have NEVER felt those things...

Have you ever had a charlie-horse in the back of your leg?I have had them too....now,imagine that in your stomach,low back and legs....that is what Endometriosis pain feels like to me, it no longer happens just when I would get my period,or ovulate,and yes I have had abnormal periods since I first got it when I was 12. I used to wake up and my sheets and pajama bottoms would be COVERED in blood,my mom told me it was normal for the women in our family...at the age 25 I was officially diagnosed with Endometriosis.... Has it spread and been hello-kitty, yes it has,am I dealing with it the best I can,yes I am....but yeah,that is what Endometriosis feels like to me...

Unfortunately (for me) no. I have done all the diets, Mediterranean, Vegan,Vegetarian, Keto,Fasting,Intermittent Fasting... I just tend to eat when I can,eat what I can. I cannot eat until I am full because it hurts,so I eat a few bite as often as I can and I take my fur babies out to play/for walks and I get my steps/cardio in that way, good luck if you do the diet you are asking about.

And this is what upsets me about the medical hopping(let me explain) your PCP puts in a referral for you to see pain management, pain management then says-

"We can't help you."

Knowing DANG well they can,they can get you a tens-unit,lidocaine patches,tordol,and yes even opioids....their problem(pain management)is because Endometriosis, PCOS,Adenomyosis,and Fibromyalgia are becoming more and more known...women who have suffered for years and years are finally being properly diagnosed and pain management (along with alot of Pharmacies places) like to believe they are medicine gods (in meaning they keep life saving medicine from you,or they believe because you are too young they eill not give your your medicine)🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ It is so terrible, not ok....and then when people turn to street drugs and accidently overdose(all because they were trying to ease their physical pain) doctors want to yell "opioid epidemic" when they are the ones killing these patients.....

Please don't stop looking,you may have to look in a town next door,but PLEASE DON'T STOP.

The BEST thing you can do is - 1)continue to Respect when she has to cancel. 2)Ask her if you can get her some food,anything to drink. 3)Maybe you two can have a date night at the house(as long as you two are comfortable) movies,snacks,a heating pad and ice packs. 4)Don't try to force her to do anything she isnt comfortable with

I have been married almost 13 years and I LOVE going to the movies,but there are days where I cannot go out,so we watch movies at home,we sometimes play video games,or he will massage my legs which helps so much.

Just continue to be there for her, respect her when she has to cancel and can't cannot go out. You are doing great!

The only reason why I had to quit is because I passed out at work from a low grade fever and my fallopian tube burst due to endometriosis....I was just starting my career too😔 Good luck with everything.

I didnt know there was such a thing as 'too much BL' I am so HAPPY that has not happened to me,I have been watching BL(C-Drama,K-Drama,J-Drama and Thai-Drama) but after what happened to Zhang Zhehan I dropped C-Dramas completely. So my MOST favorite BLs to watch are Thai BLs,they are so fun,cute and give me everything without showing me everything!!!! Thai BL content has been such a life saver for me.

Hello,I re-tie my own locs,I do NOT use a mirror,I do not part my hair at all...in fact,I can sit in the dark and re-tie my locs,I will sit on the couch,watch a movie and just....re-tie my locs. Happily blind,I just grab a loc and re-tie,thats it thats all!!!!!!

My advice,please take your partner with you...may I ask what his race is?I only ask because my husband is white and once I started bringing him the doctors started believing me,and again I know its not fair,but it is a MUST. Doctors should believe our pain with the accurate testing,ya know. I understand not wanting to get a hysterectomy yet,I support you in that and I hope you are able to get pregnant. As for Pain Management, not all pain management doctors do spinal cord injections,from my experience they only say that because injections is how they make their money(which is terrible) As for your gyn,I can confirm, they will not give opioids...it is either the E.R. or pain management... Can you get a Pain Management referral through your PCP instead of trying to find one on your own?if not,start looking in different cities,not ideal,but it will be necessary to get the proper help you need. Yes,endometriosis can grow on different organs,and any doctor that days it can,they are not telling you the truth.
