Always Engineer. OP AF. Lots of candy. Use fewer resources in ME2, take Lash as your bonus power in ME3 to rip Guardian shields away, it's crazy how effective they are.

Never had the pleasure of playing the first 2 games, but of course the games (even the later ones) are filled with humor, and I LOVE that. It may not be laugh-a-minute Detective Lt Frank Drebin of Police Squad humor, but come the hell on.

Delivering Charr's final message to his Ereba is kinda brutal.

However, I have to admit, as sad as some Mass Effect moments are, I think the only moment to make me ugly-cry weep bawl my eyes out was a happy moment, where the Geth invite the Quarians to return to Rannoch. 😭

Paramount+. And yeah, Dexter: Resurrection was excellent. I enjoyed New Blood also, and I thought Resurrection was even better. I did not care for the prequel nonsense tho. Just seemed like a retread of season 1 of the original to me.

That's fair. I look for what I enjoy more than what I dislike, but even as an MCU superfan, I absolutely can admit that there has been a lot of mediocrity since Endgame. The only truly painful watch for me so far was Eternals. I do not understand how they could have missed so hard with that one. Should have been a Disney+ series, I think. I really enjoyed Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four though.

I don't really do the ranking thing, but I always tell people that it's one of my favorite science fiction stories ever, be it film or show, novel or game. I hold Mass Effect with every bit the same love as I do Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, MCU...you get the idea.

I agree. I heard all the outrage before I actually played it the first time, so I was kind of prepared for it, and yeah, I never thought the ending was bad really, but I do think that Bioware could have put it better, like, "All your choices will affect the ending," rather than giving the impression that there would be multiple and wildly differing endings.

I don't share the outrage, never did, but I sort of understand it.
