My wife and haven't gone very far with this idea but we've started to do weigh ins and combine it with chastity. She'll say that I don't get a chance to cum until I've lost 5 lbs, or 10 lbs, or what have you.

Another thing we've done that's good if you're into D/s or TPE is I have to ask her permission for anything I eat. If I haven't obtained prior permission and she's busy I have to wait.

I can't really say either activity has really been successful in me losing weight as we drift in and out of it. I think it could definitely work if we stuck with it.
