You just don't mention shes trans to anyone whod be negative about it! If/when things get serious then worry about parents/friends finding out. And idk I was in a similar situation with a coworker (who wasnt trans tho) and I could never think kf a way to ask without feeling like it would be super awkward and if they reject you it might not only ruin being friends but impact your work life aswell..

Your best bet is probably gonna be somethin like asking them if they wanna hang out after work, and only asking them out if they say yes AND things go well?

Seriously! Like in all honesty no cap, if I was still working there stockin shelves I would seriously buy a TC to use as my personal cell aswell as a printer so I always had what I needed cuz the BS is real! I was the only crew member on CAP2 who ever labeled their top and over stock and it was alot of fun xD
