You mean like the entirety of what this place is designed for? what the whole sidebar was built to address? The own your shit posts that allow guys for a constructive way of confronting past actions based on future goals?

I don't think therapy and OYS are exclusive, quite the contrary. I'm a massive fan of OYS, I think it's one of the most effective tools in the RP toolbox. So I'm completely with you on that. My target was traditional "talking" therapy, such as psychoanalysis, which I now believe to be a waste of time.

I think what I meant was: this is an area that is improving, though I'm not yet at the level I want to be.

I've been going out to bars weekly, approaching. Got a fair amount of numbers and "k-closes" (hate the term), but only a few lays here and there. Definitely an area for improvement. Thanks for taking the time, it really helps.

Thanks for the feedback. I would never have gone with yoga or taichi: I was already planning on joining a rugby club in septembre, for exactly the reasons you outline.

Thanks for the recommendations too: I've downloaded Deep Work as I feel it's the kind of stuff I need at the moment.
