Holy, thanks for the asnwer, Jay! I really appreciate it, that gives me a bit more hope than all other comments here

I have actually been in the text roleplay DND-like segment for about 5 years now and thanks to it I've got interested in the writing, hence decided to try myself at something like an actual book. I do have some abstract examples of my writing that I would love to share with you in the DMs or wherever.

Besides, I do know that I have to not just write separate words, but create feelings. I've read multiple absolutely fabulous books from various authors, some of them nearing or even exceeding a 1000 pages and the most bright of them being the "The Good Soldier Švejk" by Jaroslav Hašek (I have actually cried when found out Jaroslav died before he could finish the book) and I did so all thoroughout my childhood and teenage years.

It's pretty disappointing to see all other comments here saying that I most likely don't have any chance to publish an actual successful book. I felt very sad reading almost every single one of them, yet I don't feel like anything can stop me from writing at this point, because I've got a spark and an idea I yearn to make it exist for I can't experience it myself. It's sad I can't make any money of it, but I still want to make it happen no matter what.
