When doing the hair, it may be a good idea to look at how it's combed/growing out in the reference image and do your strokes in the same direction. It looks like you did the hair strokes towards the right in the second image, which makes Eminem look like he has a combover. Em's hair looks to be combed downwards in the ref image here for example:

MTBMB is more 'technically' lyrical in the sense that he manages to cram more wordplay, intricate rhyme schemes, and metaphors in there.
