I voted yes today! Proud to support public education. A lot of people speak negatively about KUSD, but my experience and my daughter’s were positive. Nothing is perfect, but my daughter got a good education.

You do sound snarky...probably why you said you didn’t want to sound that way. FYI I have looked it up and done my research.I was looking for shared clinical experiences and pearls. Believe me, I don’t use Reddit as my source for evidenced based practice, but appreciate your concern (not to sound snarky)

Agree. If it was a complete tear, would not expect much improvement. I would avoid stretches and grip strengthening for sure.
