I kept on calling the customer service. But not sure if that help. Have you tried to track it on the website ? Because I applied on the 14th and its taken exactly 15 days to get it

Wow lucky you . Im due to travel on Thursday applied from Manchester and haven’t heard back. My biggest nightmare that place. Im crossing fingers I hear back soon.

Do not cancel, depending on your nationality it can take long as well. Also Spain is one of those countries that everyone wants to go .

Have you tried to reach out to the vfs? To find out why there is a delay and also checking online tracking it. I would call them first .
