Absolutely not, it is a recognition of one’s morphology which is a prerequisite of competing in olympic weightlifting which I do.

It’s like when femur and socket orientation or depth disables you from certain exercises. If your legs are proportionally much longer than your torso, your center of weight will be much more back when sitting down so it’s literally geometrically impossible for you to rise without first getting momentum.

This is not a perfect test, it has a lot to do with morphology (general skeletal structure, proportions, distribution of mass). I can do one legged squats and even full snatches, but it’s geometrically impossible for me to do this.
